Lead and elevate education standards through world-class training, innovative curriculum development, and strategic education initiatives that drive brand growth locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training material to international standards
Train salons, distributors, managers, and trainers across multiple markets
Identify industry training needs and design new courses accordingly
Plan, execute, and manage education calendars, workshops, roadshows, and events
Support product launches, promotions, and strategic education initiatives
Drive education as a core business growth pillar
Build strong relationships with industry partners, stockists, and schools
Oversee training administration and ensure accurate, timely reporting
Lead, guide, and upskill regional training teams
Strategic thinking and leadership
Passion for education and professional development
High energy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Qualification in beauty therapy or related field
Proven experience in education, training, or facilitation within the beauty industry
Strong presentation, communication, and people leadership skills
Deep product, skincare, and anatomy knowledge
Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable
Willingness to travel locally and internationally
