This role offers the chance to take on significant responsibilities, ensuring seamless utility billing and tenant account management on a full-time, on-site basis.

Salary: R23,000 - R25,000 per month (Basic)

Duties:

• Receive and review data files, tenant movement, and occupancy reports from utility management companies
• Identify and query major variances in utility consumption and billing
• Prepare monthly recovery schedules and process charges on tenants' accounts
• Process ad hoc recoveries and legal fee invoices for tenants
• Review, check, and sign pre-billing reports for accuracy and submit for approval
• Send tenant statements and supporting documentation via MDA system
• Review and correct undeliverable emails in tenant records
• Communicate tenant movements, liabilities, and meter change information to utility companies
• Attend to tenant queries and follow up to ensure resolution
• Process corrections, adjustments, deposits, and refunds on tenants' accounts
• Prepare and submit schedules for municipal rates, levies, and other charges for approval
• Process backdated corrections and bad debt write-offs with appropriate approvals
• Perform additional duties related to office management and operational efficiency
