The role
- Conceptual design: Develop original, on-brand ideas that elevate identity.
- Day-to-day design: Produce high-quality assets across social media, brochures, digital, advertising and lodge collateral.
- Brand development: Extend and refine the visual language across print and digital.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, reservations and lodge teams to align creativity with business needs.
- Craft and detail: Maintain premium standards in layout, typography and design systems.
The ideal candidate
- A creative thinker with strong conceptual ability and disciplined execution.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
- Comfortable balancing campaign concepts with everyday production work.
- Enthusiastic, curious and ready to grow within a brand expanding internationally.
- A portfolio that demonstrates both big ideas and strong craft.
- Applicants must be based in Cape Town.
