About the Role
We are looking for a committed, results-driven Internal Sales Representative to drive sales and grow gross profit by supporting existing Fitment Chain accounts and developing new business opportunities.
Key Performance Areas
Generate new sales through calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
Achieve monthly gross profit and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fitment solutions.
Prepare quotes and follow up to secure orders.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products where opportunities exist.
Monitor customer buying patterns and identify new sales opportunities.
Process orders accurately and follow through to completion.
Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally.
Education & Qualifications
Matric (essential)
Valid driver's license (essential)
Experience Required
2-3 years' internal sales experience selling into automotive fitment centres or tyre and fitment chains.
Proven record of opening new accounts and meeting gross profit targets.
Product knowledge of exhausts, towbars, shocks, and suspension.
Skills & Competencies
New business hunter, comfortable cold calling and prospecting
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing abilities
Sound automotive product knowledge
Computer literate (quotes, orders, basic reporting)
Persistence, persuasion, planning, organizing, and self-management
Honest, hard-working, with high stress tolerance and self-control
Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to high work standards
