Job Summary

Our client, an established player with a focus on innovative financial solutions, is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead their HR initiatives from Gauteng or Western Cape.
Duties:
Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of HR policies aligned with South African labour legislation.
Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle, including KPI framework development, reviews, calibration, and reporting.
Provide strategic HR business partnering to department heads and executives.
Oversee employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary processes, CCMA referrals, and conflict resolution.
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring adherence to FSCA requirements.
Oversee the Employee Assistance Programme (Lyra) and utilize reporting to inform HR strategies.
Lead and develop the People Operations team through objective setting, coaching, and capacity management.
Own HR reporting and people analytics covering headcount, turnover, organizational structure, and performance trends.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive company culture.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as service providers and consultants.
Lead the Learning & Development function by identifying skill gaps and designing training programs.
Requirements:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources environment.
Proficiency in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Stakeholder Management.
Strong management and development skills.
Data analysis capabilities and excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with the following:
Financial Services and Fintech industries.
