New Business Consultant (Customer Acquisition Specialist)

This role exists to drive new customer acquisition and consistent revenue growth for Ello Technology.
You will be responsible for creating opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term monthly recurring revenue. This is a front-foot sales role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building trust, and closing business.
We are hiring for both developing and experienced consultants within this role. Your level, targets, and growth path will be aligned to your experience, performance, and commercial ability.
This is a performance-based role where success is measured by pipeline creation, conversion, and recurring revenue closed.

You have established a consistent outbound prospecting rhythm
You are building a structured pipeline with qualified opportunities
You are running discovery calls confidently and consistently
You are presenting solutions clearly and progressing deals forward
You are beginning to close deals and generate recurring revenue
Your CRM is clean, structured, and accurately reflects your pipeline

You will be measured on your ability to consistently create pipeline, convert opportunities, and close recurring monthly revenue.
Performance is typically tracked across:
Monthly and quarterly new MRR closed
Pipeline creation and activity consistency
Conversion rates across discovery, proposal, and close stages
Follow-up discipline and deal progression
CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility
Exact targets will be aligned to your level (junior or senior) and form part of your performance structure.

Key Responsibilities
1) Prospecting and Pipeline Creation
You will be responsible for consistently creating new business opportunities.
This includes:
Daily outbound prospecting across calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Identifying target clients and creating entry points into conversations
Maintaining consistency in outreach and follow-up
2) Discovery and Qualification
You will lead structured conversations with potential clients.
This includes:
Running discovery calls to understand business needs and challenges
Qualifying opportunities based on fit, urgency, and commercial value
Asking clear, structured questions to uncover real problems
Focusing time on high-value opportunities
3) Solution Presentation and Closing
You will convert opportunities into paying customers.
This includes:
Presenting solutions clearly and confidently
Guiding prospects through the decision-making process
Handling objections with logic and value, not discounting
Closing recurring monthly agreements
4) CRM Discipline and Pipeline Management
You will maintain accurate and structured pipeline visibility.
This includes:
Logging all activities, notes, and next steps in Zoho CRM
Maintaining clean and accurate pipeline stages
Following up consistently on all active opportunities
Ensuring no deals are lost due to lack of follow-through
5) Relationship Building and Market Presence
You will build trust and credibility in the market.
This includes:
Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Attending networking opportunities where relevant
Maintaining a professional and credible personal presence
Generating referrals and introductions where possible
