Direct Travel Designer – Cape Town / Remote (Hybrid Role)
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly experienced and mature Direct Travel Designer to join a leading luxury travel company. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of working remotely while being based in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and curate bespoke travel itineraries tailored to clients’ preferences and expectations
Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodation, and experiences within the luxury travel market
Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service from initial enquiry through to post-travel follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence
Keep up to date with global travel trends, products, and suppliers within the luxury sector
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury travel design or high-end tour operating
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with discerning clients
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
Strong destination knowledge and the ability to create unique, personalised travel experiences
Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
