General Manager - Luxury Cafe Concept (Abu Dhabi)
A rare opportunity for a refined, entrepreneurial General Manager to lead the pre-opening and launch of a high-luxury cafe destination in Abu Dhabi.
This is a flagship concept where coffee, pastry, design, and service come together at a world-class level.
The Role
You will take full ownership from pre-opening through to operations, building the team, culture, and guest experience from the ground up.
Key Focus Areas
- Lead the full pre-opening, including recruitment and training
- Build and inspire a high-performance, guest-centric team
- Deliver a seamless, elevated cafe experience
- Drive operational excellence and financial performance
- Uphold exceptional product and service standards
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years’ experience in luxury cafe, patisserie, or high-end dining
- Strong pre-opening experience
- Deep understanding of coffee, pastry, and premium cafe operations
- A polished leader with strong people and operational skills
- Highly detail-driven with a passion for consistency and excellence
- UAE or GCC experience advantageous
