This role bridges business strategy, HR process design, and enterprise technology architecture---translating complex requirements into secure, scalable, and future-ready solutions.

What You'll Do

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand goals and requirements

• Translate requirements into robust solution architectures

• Design and validate integration architectures across SAP platforms and third-party systems

• Research and recommend new solutions to business challenges

• Contribute to strategic planning and technical roadmaps for Human Capital systems

• Provide advisory and guidance on SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and BTP

• Document and present solution architectures in line with enterprise standards

What Will Make You Successful

• Strong experience as an SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM functional resource (minimum 5 years)

• Hands-on configuration and support of modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, and Time Management

• Knowledge of SAP HCM ECC modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll)

• Understanding of SAP BTP, CPI, and integration patterns

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in diversifying into Solution Architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications (desirable)
