Job Summary
Our client, a leading company in the FMCG industry, is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Durban.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
Execute customer call cycles and drive product distribution.
Maintain excellent in-store merchandising, stock availability, and shelf standards.
Implement promotions, displays, and product visibility initiatives.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
Manage stock returns, customer queries, and order-related issues.
Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular market feedback.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Grade 12 (Matric); a relevant post-matric qualification is advantageous.
Minimum 3 years’ sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
Valid driver’s license.
Computer literacy.
Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
A proven ability to build relationships, work under pressure, and deliver results.
