Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payroll.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and timesheets.
Ensure compliance with tax, UIF, and statutory requirements.
Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.
Assist HR and Finance with payroll reporting and reconciliations.
Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Matric (Payroll/HR qualification advantageous).
3+ years’ experience as a Payroll Administrator.
Previous FMCG or manufacturing sector experience preferred.
Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., VIP/SAGE, Payspace, or similar).
Strong knowledge of BCEA, tax, and statutory regulations.
High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Contract Details:
Fixed-term: 6 months (possibility of extension based on performance & business needs).
