Duties:
Participate in a structured P2 training programme
Gain practical experience in electrical or mechanical engineering environments
Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational activities
Collaborate closely with technical teams and supervisors
Apply theoretical knowledge to solve real-world engineering challenges
Requirements:
Completed S4 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum average of 65%
Grade 12 or N3 qualification with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy averaging 65%
South African citizenship
Between 18 and 29 years old
No more than 2–3 years of work experience
Basic computer literacy
Strong willingness to learn, reliability, and motivation
Ability to commute daily to the training site
