Job Summary
The Training Administrator is responsible for supporting the design, coordination, administration, and delivery of learning and development programmes within the organisation. This role ensures effective training processes, maintains learning records, supports instructional design initiatives, and assists in creating engaging digital and blended learning solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer training programmes, workshops, and learning interventions.
- Support the end-to-end design and development of learning programmes.
- Assist in conducting training needs analysis to identify organisational learning gaps.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance registers, and learner databases.
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, facilitators, and training materials.
- Support the development of digital, blended, and instructor-led learning solutions.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance learning design, content creation, and learner engagement.
- Assist with creating and uploading e-learning content onto Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with operational and business requirements.
- Monitor training effectiveness and compile evaluation reports.
- Ensure compliance with company training standards and policies.
- Provide administrative support for learning and development initiatives.
Minimum Requirements :
- Demonstrated AI fluency with the ability to incorporate AI tools into learning design, content creation, and learner engagement strategies.
- Proven instructional design experience, including end-to-end design and development of learning programmes.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning methodologies.
- Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Ability to design engaging digital, virtual, and blended learning solutions.
- Experience conducting training needs analysis to identify learning gaps and organisational development requirements.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning environments.
- Strong content development, facilitation support, and learner engagement capabilities.
