Job Summary
Support and execute channel strategies to drive sales growth, manage pipelines, coordinate promotions, and leverage insights to expand
distribution and deliver commercial results across key accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Channel Strategy Execution:
Support implementation of strategies across retail, distribution, and e-commerce.
Align channel initiatives with business and marketing objectives.
Identify growth opportunities using data and market insights.
Channel Partner Support:
Assist with day-to-day partner and internal communications.
Prepare Joint Business Planning materials and performance reviews.
Track commitments and follow up on customer engagement actions.
Promotional Planning & Execution:
Coordinate promotional and trading calendars.
Ensure effective execution of promotional activities with Sales and Marketing.
Track and evaluate promotional performance.
Product Distribution & Visibility:
Provide insights to improve distribution and visibility.
Support creation of selling stories, presentations, and listing proposals.
Monitor product availability and distribution gaps.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track sales, sell-out, promotional performance, and distribution metrics.
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Analyse trends, opportunities, and risks.
Market & Competitive Insights:
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and channel developments.
Gather insights to support channel strategy.
Highlight emerging opportunities within key channels.

Market share and revenue growth

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
3–5 years in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Channel roles
Experience in sales pipeline management, customer engagement, and retail/distribution
Consumer goods industry experience preferred
Strong understanding of trade and in-market execution
