Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Finance function
Perform reconciliation of complex debtor and subcontractor accounts
Review and approve purchase orders and rebate requests
Conduct internal audits and ensure the completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation
Oversee bank reconciliations
Compile monthly financial reports and present feedback to management
Apply and manage customer price increases within the ERP system
Develop, implement, and maintain effective financial controls and processes
Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reporting to management
Lead, mentor, develop, and support the finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
Provide financial guidance and support to the Sales and Transport departments as required
Assist with operational finance duties during periods of high workload or staff absences
