This role sits at the heart of product development, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that guide design and engineering teams. You will play a key role across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through to delivery, testing, and continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure that every feature delivers measurable value and aligns with strategic goals.
You will contribute to building user-centric solutions by analysing data, engaging stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve both product performance and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do
Gather and document business and user requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria
Conduct gap analyses and feasibility assessments to support solution design
Support product discovery through research, user feedback, and market analysis
Analyse data and customer insights to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
Create process flows, wireframes, and journey maps to visualise solutions
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, and backlog grooming
Act as a key liaison between business, product, and technical teams
Support testing, validation, and post-launch performance monitoring
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years’ experience in business analysis, product operations, or product support
Experience within fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven environments
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience with data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, or Google Analytics
Familiarity with UX principles and wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complexity into clear requirements
