Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full financial function
- Prepare and review management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis
- Ensure full IFRS compliance, with a strong focus on IFRS 16
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls while supporting audit requirements
- Partner with operational stakeholders to provide valuable financial insights
- Drive process improvements while remaining actively involved in day-to-day finance operations
- CA(SA) or CIMA qualification
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Financial Manager role
- Strong technical accounting and reporting experience
- IFRS 16 experience is essential
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Hands-on, detail-oriented approach to financial management
- Proven stability in career history
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
