Qualification Requirements
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in procurement and supply chain processes.
- Demonstrated experience managing public sector tenders and contract administration.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle activities.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Ensure compliance with National Treasury procurement regulations.
- Conduct vendor due diligence and supplier assessments.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements.
- Manage procurement reporting and governance requirements.
- Support audit and compliance activities.
Preferred Certifications
- CIPS Level 5 or Level 6 Professional Diploma
- Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Public Sector Supply Chain Management Certification
