Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to join the Commercial Development team.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who can take approved strategies and campaigns, coordinate the moving parts, and ensure everything is delivered on time, accurately and measurably.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing campaigns, projects, timelines and deliverables.
Manage and maintain CRM records, workflows, tasks and follow-ups.
Schedule and deploy approved social media content.
Set up, monitor and report on digital campaigns.
Maintain marketing and commercial KPI dashboards and prepare reports.
Coordinate events, exhibitions, activations and promotions.
Manage suppliers, marketing collateral, logistics and deadlines.
Coordinate website and landing-page updates.
Support dealer, franchise, OEM and consumer marketing initiatives.
Monitor outstanding actions and drive tasks through to completion.
Maintain accurate marketing data, campaign records and activity calendars.
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in marketing, campaign, CRM or project coordination.
Highly organised, proactive and deadline driven.
Comfortable working with CRM and digital marketing systems.
Understanding of social media and digital campaign execution.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Experience coordinating events, promotions or activations.
Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
A relevant Marketing, Communications, Business or Digital qualification is advantageous.
Experience in automotive, franchising, retail, manufacturing or B2B environments will be beneficial.
