Overview
Our client in the automotive sector is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for promoting products, assisting walk-in and call-in customers, and ensuring excellent service delivery while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote product range to walk-in and telephonic customers
- Process sales orders and follow up on transactions
- Upsell products and maximize sales opportunities
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions
- Order and follow up on stock deliveries
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive spare parts sales
- Commercial automotive experience (advantageous)
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts (passenger, light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles)
- Basic electrical automotive knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma (advantageous)
