Job Summary
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join a professional corporate vehicle dealership in Cape Town. We are looking for a strong sales leader with extensive vehicle sales experience, a proven track record of achieving targets and the ability to drive departmental profitability.
DUTIES:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Used Vehicle Sales Department.
Lead, motivate and manage the vehicle sales team.
Drive vehicle sales and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
Monitor departmental performance and ensure profitability.
Manage used vehicle stock levels and stock movement.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
Monitor leads, enquiries and sales conversions.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coach and support Sales Executives to improve performance.
Prepare and monitor sales forecasts, budgets and departmental reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager with Pre-owned Vehicles.
Considerable experience in vehicle sales.
Experience working within a corporate branded dealership such as Hyundai, Suzuki, VW, etc.
Proven track record of reaching targets and ensuring departmental profitability.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Valid SA Driver’s Licence.
Clear criminal record.
Grade 12 or equivalent.
