What’s on Offer?

• Salary: R9,500.00 – R10,500.00 Basic PM (Negotiable based on experience)

• Incentives: Commission based on branch targets

• Benefits: Provident Fund + December Annual Bonus

• Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 | Sat 08:00–13:00 (Branch-based)

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Platform Sales: Handle replacement parts sales seamlessly across the front sales counter and phone-based telesales channels.

• Parts Identification: Accurately identify and recommend the right solutions for customer vehicle needs.

• Target Drive: Proactively drive sales to meet and exceed branch targets.

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to build long-term client loyalty.

Minimum Requirements:

• Essential Experience: Previous work experience in Automotive Spare Parts Sales is strictly required.

• Knowledge: Deep and extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts.

• Track Record: Stable employment history with contactable references.

• Traits: High energy, excellent communication, and customer focused.

Strict Legal Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Background screening will be conducted. Candidates must have:

• South African-born Citizenship (with valid SA ID).

• Clear criminal record.

• Clear ITC credit history (no judgments or defaults).
