On behalf of our client, a reputable leader in the automotive sector, we are seeking an energetic, driven, and knowledgeable Automotive Replacement Parts Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide an exceptional level of customer service to current and prospective clients to build long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

• Multi-Platform Sales: Handle replacement parts sales seamlessly across counter, online, and telesales channels.

• Parts Identification: Assist customers in understanding product offerings and accurately identify the right solutions for their specific vehicle needs.

• Target Drive: Proactively drive sales and renewals to consistently meet and exceed established branch targets.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in Automotive Spare Parts Sales is strictly essential.

• Knowledge: Extensive and deep knowledge of vehicle replacement parts is required.

• Work History: A stable employment track record with minimal gaps.

• Traits: High energy, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-service orientation.

• References: Must be able to supply contactable references from previous employers for verification.

Strict Legal Requirements

Please note that due to the nature of this role, the following criteria are non-negotiable. Background screening will be conducted on all shortlisted candidates.

• Citizenship: Must be a South African-born Citizen with a valid South African ID.

• Criminal Record: Must have a clean criminal background. A person with a criminal record will not be considered.

• Credit History: Must have a clear ITC (financial/credit history) with no judgments or defaults.

Remuneration, Incentives & Benefits

• Basic Salary: R9,500.00 – R10,500.00 per month (Negotiable based on experience).

• Incentives: Commission earned based on reaching branch targets.

• Benefits: Membership in the company Provident Fund and a December Annual Bonus.

Working Hours & Environment

• Standard Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, and Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:00.

• Environment: This is strictly a branch-based environment, operating directly on the front sales counter and handling phone-based telesales.
