Salary: R12 000 CTC
Midvaal Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Business Administrator on behalf of our client based in Airport Industria, Cape Town.
The successful candidate will provide administrative, sales, and operational support to ensure accurate order processing, customer service, supplier coordination, and efficient daily business operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years’ administration experience
- Experience within a trade, distribution, wholesale, or technical environment advantageous
- Exposure to quotations, invoicing, stock control, supplier administration, and order processing
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration / Office Administration advantageous
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong administration and filing skills
- Customer service orientation
- Order processing experience
- Basic business acumen
- Stock and supplier administration
- MS Office and Excel proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the team
- Assist customers with queries, pricing, order updates, and deliveries
- Maintain accurate customer, supplier, and product records
- Support sales with documentation, reporting, and customer communication
- Ensure accurate filing and compliance with company procedures
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Assist with general office administration and ad hoc duties
