Job Summary
A well-established company within the automotive accessories industry is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape.
We are looking for energetic sales professionals with strong interpersonal skills, a professional approach, and the ability to effectively represent the brand within diverse customer markets. This role is best suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are motivated by performance and commission-based earnings.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably within retail or the automotive accessories industry
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional presentation and approach
- Ability to work in a target-driven and KPI-focused environment
- Comfortable with commission-based earning structures
- Leadership or management experience advantageous
- Passion for the automotive industry advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting suitable automotive accessories and products
- Drive sales and consistently achieve targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Promote and represent the brand professionally
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings
- Ensure showroom/store presentation standards are maintained
- Support overall branch sales performance and team objectives
