Key Responsibilities
Arrange finance and insurance solutions for vehicle buyers.
Submit finance applications and liaise with banks and financial institutions.
Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, NCA and dealership policies.
Sell value-added products including warranties, service plans and maintenance plans.
Maximise F&I profitability while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Prepare and complete all finance and insurance documentation accurately.
Build strong relationships with customers, sales executives and finance houses.
Achieve monthly F&I targets and maintain high conversion ratios.
