Infrastructure Manager Midrand
A growing telecommunications business is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Manager to lead field teams responsible for the deployment and maintenance of wireless network infrastructure, including masts, towers, and RF sites.
Requirements
Matric and valid driver's licence.
3-5 years' telecommunications/infrastructure experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience managing technical field teams.
Experience with wireless networks, RF infrastructure, masts, and tower sites.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage Infrastructure Leads and Technicians.
Oversee daily infrastructure operations and maintenance.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Drive team performance and operational excellence.
Note: This is not an IT Infrastructure role. Candidates must have experience managing field technicians working on wireless telecommunications sites.
