Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Customer Relationship Liaison to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective clients in the exciting world of digital transformation and business process automation. This position requires a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital services and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell digital services based on customer needs and usage patterns.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing knowledge and guidance of our BPM and Print Management software solutions.
- Identify and qualify new leads, proactively reaching out to generate excitement about our software offerings.
- Collaborate with the software and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, from initial contact to successful implementation.
- Manage and prioritize a dynamic workload, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proactively gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales or customer relationship management role.
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and a passion for innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable navigating a technical landscape.
- Experience with BPM and/or Print Management software solutions a plus.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced digital services environment.
