It’s not just a workplace. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant to our Security Manager to oversee and coordinate security operations for our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a security team, and ensuring the safety of our personnel, assets, and facilities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage security staff, schedules, and operations. Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits. Monitor security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarms, access control). Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed. Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports. Requirements: Proven managerial experience in such, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of security crisis protocols, security systems and surveillance technologies.
