Our client, a prestigious resort in the Pilanesberg area, is seeking to appoint an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to manage a large housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing housekeeping teams in the hospitality sector.
- Strong attention to detail and proven experience in detail cleaning management.
- Experience in linen management within a hospitality environment.
- Skilled in preparing and managing housekeeping schedules.
- Experience with industrial relations and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent people management, communication, and client relations skills.
- Advanced computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong command of English (grammar, spelling, report writing, and business correspondence).
