Key Responsibilities:

Manage all group reservations from enquiry through to confirmation

Ensure accurate capturing of bookings, rooming lists, and payments

Monitor room availability and assist in maximising group revenue

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and key accounts

Prepare reports and maintain accurate records within the reservation systems

Liaise with Sales, Front Office, and Operations to ensure smooth group arrivals and departures

Support and mentor junior reservations team members
Requirements:

Matric Certificate with a Hotel Management Diploma or Degree

3–5 years’ experience within a 4 or 5 hotel reservations environment**

Minimum 2 years’ experience managing group bookings, tour series, or event blocks in a senior capacity

Understanding of revenue management principles

Experience using Opera PMS, Opera Cloud, and distribution systems

Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings efficiently
