Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s operations during the night shift, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations, including balancing room revenue, cash, and credit transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily reports for management
- Check guests in and out during night hours
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure all reservations, billing, and guest accounts are accurate
- Conduct security checks of the property and ensure guest safety
- Monitor late arrivals and no-shows
- Prepare for the next day’s operations, including reports and handovers
- Assist with administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (preferred)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and remain alert during night shifts
- Computer literate (experience with hotel management systems is advantageous)
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
Working Hours:
- Night shift (typically 21:00 – 06:00), including weekends and public holidays
