An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious Sales Representative to join a market-leading professional skincare brand. This role offers the opportunity to manage an established territory while growing the client base through strategic business development within the professional salon industry.
Reporting into the commercial team, you will be responsible for nurturing existing salon accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service across Pretoria, Sandton and Roodepoort. You'll work closely with salon owners and key decision-makers, providing consultative sales support while consistently achieving sales targets and business objectives.

What You'll Do
Manage and grow an established portfolio of professional salon clients.
Develop new business through prospecting and cold calling.
Build strong, long-term relationships with salon owners and key decision-makers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Secure a minimum of 10 new salon accounts annually.
Conduct professional product presentations and client training sessions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Plan and manage your sales territory effectively.
Visit up to six clients daily across the assigned territory.
Generate 2–3 new business opportunities each day through proactive prospecting.
Participate in weekly planning, reporting and sales meetings.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 2 years' sales experience within FMCG or a similar customer-facing sales environment.
At least 2 years' experience as an External Sales Representative.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach.
Self-motivated with excellent territory management skills.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
Experience within professional skincare, cosmetics or the beauty industry will be advantageous.
Experience selling into hair salons, beauty salons, nail salons or spas will be highly regarded.
Candidates from FMCG, automotive aftermarket, vehicle parts or similar B2B sales environments are encouraged to apply.
