Job Summary
One of our clients are in search of a confident, outgoing, and results-driven Sales professional to join their team in Pretoria. You will be responsible for selling to businesses that donate to charities and support various initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B sales
- Strong B2B sales experience – Comfortable with cold calling & presentations
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Target-driven with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Digital marketing & social media skills (bonus, but not required)
- A qualification in Sales, Health, or Marketing (Matric + additional certification)
- Valid driver’s license & own reliable transport (frequent client visits required)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients in sectors such as corporates, charities, disaster relief organizations, and event management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and pitches to decision-makers, showcasing the benefits of Genesis Nutrition’s meal solutions.
- Cold calling and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Utilize digital marketing and social media (if applicable) to support sales efforts.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
