Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for a Clerk: Marketing Sales Administration.
Key responsibilities
1. Comply with FAIS Regulation • Comply with Marketing Sales Administration manual in accordance with legislative, industry and regulatory body requirements • Screen and select candidates effectively and efficiently • Comply with FIT and Proper requirements for new recruitments • Update appointments and terminations on the FSB list within required time frame • Conduct yearly accreditations on products, legislations, code of conduct and FIT and Proper status • Maintain record keeping (scanning and filing system) on all intermediaries
2. Assist with validation on appointments of Representatives • Assist pre-approvals of new appointments (Criminal, ITC, Fit & Proper Requirements & FSB Register) of representatives • Scan and save contracts and code of conducts of representatives on server • Update in-house systems
3. Comply with Supervision Processes • Compile and distribute welcome pack, supervision files to Sales team
4. Provide support to Sales Team • Liaise with various departments to support Sales Team on processes and procedures • Distribute of business guides and marketing material to Sales Team • Monitor sales activities according to FAIS bi-yearly
Requirements • Matric • RE5 • 120 Credits on NQF Wealth Management • 1 years' experience in Sales • 1 years' experience in Sales Administration
