Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Proactively source and engage new clients via calls, emails, networking, and industry events
- Identify opportunities within hospitality, beauty, and related sectors
Client Engagement & Solution Selling
- Consult with clients to understand their branding and product requirements
- Guide clients through customisation options (design, materials, product type)
- Present tailored proposals, quotations, and solutions
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Drive repeat business through excellent service and follow-up
- Act as the key point of contact throughout the sales process
Operational Coordination
- Liaise with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate delivery
- Monitor order progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct regular stock checks within manufacturing to ensure alignment with customer requirements
Market Awareness
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience (custom packaging, printing, or promotional products highly advantageous)
- Strong MS Office proficiency
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle, and willingness to travel
