Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Governance:
- Develop and evolve the Group’s long-term brand strategy aligned with business objectives
- Maintain and manage the Group’s Corporate Identity framework
- Act as the organisation’s brand guardian, ensuring consistent brand representation across all divisions, platforms and communication materials
- Ensure brand messaging supports RTG’s strategic positioning within the logistics and transport sector
- Support divisional management with brand positioning and marketing guidance
Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Plan and coordinate brand and marketing campaigns across digital and communication channels
- Identify opportunities to strengthen RTG’s market positioning and brand visibility
- Assist with planning and managing marketing-related budgets where applicable
- Ensure campaigns support recruitment initiatives, industry visibility and brand growth
Digital Presence & Content:
- Manage the RTG corporate website and related digital platforms
- Oversee social media strategy and content across platforms
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives including SEO, content marketing and online campaigns
- Monitor analytics and digital performance metrics to improve engagement and visibility
Media Relations & Advertising:
- Coordinate media engagement and maintain relationships with relevant industry publications and media platforms
- Assist with the development and placement of press releases, industry articles and editorial content
- Design and produce advertising material for both digital and print platforms
- Coordinate advertising placements with media houses, publishers and digital platforms
Events & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events including staff functions, client engagement events, golf days and corporate gatherings
- Support divisional teams in organising brand-aligned events across the Group
- Ensure events reflect the organisation’s professional standards and brand identity
- Coordinate event communication, invitations, branding and promotional material where required
Market Insight & Positioning:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market positioning
- Identify opportunities to strengthen RTG’s differentiation within the logistics and transport sector
- Use market insights and performance data to guide marketing and brand strategy
Reputation & Public Engagement:
- Oversee the organisation’s online reputation management
- Ensure professional responses to public feedback, reviews or enquiries across digital platforms
- Support corporate communication initiatives that strengthen RTG’s public reputation
Internal Brand Alignment:
- Work closely with divisional leadership to ensure alignment between operations and brand communication
- Support internal recognition programmes, events and employee engagement initiatives where required
- Ensure brand consistency across presentations, marketing materials and corporate documentation
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on brand and marketing performance metrics
- Provide regular insights and updates to senior leadership
- Use data and analytics to guide future marketing initiatives and brand strategy
Skills and Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Business or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in brand management, marketing or corporate communications
- Experience managing brand communication across multiple business units or divisions
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media strategy and content development
- Experience working with corporate websites, SEO and digital analytics platforms
- Experience working with media houses, publishers or industry publications
- Candidates should demonstrate both strategic brand management capability and practical experience executing marketing and communication initiatives.

Advantageous Experience:
- Experience within the logistics, transport, mining or industrial sectors
- Experience working in organisations with multiple operating divisions
- Experience managing corporate reputation and large-scale brand positioning
