Job Summary
Purpose of the role:
Ensure creative is deployed effectively across channels
Content calendar, publishing, platform optimisation, performance feedback
Ensure content reaches the right audience, through the right channel, in the right format and that performance insights continuously inform future creative decisions.

Content distribution
Performance reporting
Creative performance feedback
Duties:
Translate the broader marketing strategy into a channel content plan.
Manage publishing schedules.
Coordinate organic, paid, CRM and website content requirements.
Ensure assets are appropriately adapted for each platform.
Track engagement and content performance.
Identify high-performing themes, formats and stories.
Feed performance insights back into the studio
Identify emerging content opportunities and platform behaviours.
Work closely with Growth, E-commerce and CRM.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in digital marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
At least 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, or digital channel operations.
Prior experience tracking campaign performance and managing digital publishing schedules.
Excellent writing and editing skills for web copy, ads, emails, and social posts.
Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) best practices and keyword placement.
Familiarity with content management systems (like WordPress) and email/CRM tools.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva or CapCut.
Ability to read data and build reports using analytics platforms (like Google Analytics or Meta/YouTube Studio insights).
Strong project management to handle multiple publishing deadlines.
Creative thinking to spot digital trends and turn them into brand campaigns.
Communication skills to coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies
