Job Summary
Purpose of the role:
Own the creative expression of the brand
Campaign concepts, visual direction, shoots, brand consistency
Translates the brand strategy into a distinctive visual and creative world capable of competing for attention alongside leading international luxury brands.

Interpretation of the brand strategy
Consistency across physical and digital touchpoints
Duties:
Translate brand strategy into compelling creative ideas.
Develop campaign concepts across brand, product and collection storytelling.
Establish a recognisable brand visual language.
Direct photography and video productions.
Guide designers, photographers, videographers, editors and external creative partners.
Ensure creative work feels luxurious, distinctive and unmistakable.
Protect consistency while allowing the brand to evolve.
Work closely with Growth and Digital teams to ensure creative supports commercial objectives.
Build creative systems that allow the department to produce at speed without compromising quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
At least 5–10 years in design, advertising, marketing, or copywriting, including 3+ years managing teams.
Experience in luxury brands essential
A robust track record showcasing original concept development, branding, and strategic execution.
Ability to mentor creatives, run brainstorms, and guide projects from concept to final launch.
Translating complex business goals into clear, compelling creative visions.
Proficiency in standard creative software (such as the Adobe Creative Suite or Figma) and familiarity with current digital/print production standards.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills for pitching ideas to clients and stakeholders
