Overview:
An established Property Management company is looking for a Portfolio Manager to join their team in Rosebank, Gauteng. This role includes overseeing Property Managers and the Facilities Manager, as well as other relevant positions
Minimum Requirements:
Matric/ Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
Strong experience in a similar role, managing a large portfolio
Main Duties:
Day-to-day oversight of Property Managers and Facilities Managers
Final re-billing reviews
Initial renewal reviews
Incident reporting
MANCO & Action Item reporting and updating
Tenant meeting, if and when required to support Property Managers
Fleet vehicle reporting and management
Office Administrator oversight
