Market Insights & Strategic Input
Support the creation of annual and seasonal marketing plans
Investigate consumer trends, competitive behaviours, and category shifts to strengthen strategic decisions
Convert conceptual direction into structured project plans and polished presentations
Campaign Coordination & Delivery
Assist with rolling out integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, and in‑store environments
Manage timelines, creative development workflows, briefing processes, and approvals
Track live campaigns and prepare reports highlighting performance and improvement opportunities
Cross‑Functional & Agency Engagement
Collaborate with internal departments such as brand, digital, and retail teams
Liaise with creative, media, and production agencies to ensure deadlines and expectations are met
Help maintain consistent messaging across local and international marketing efforts
Operational Support & Budget Tracking
Help manage monthly budget reviews and contribute to reconciliation processes
Maintain organised calendars, content libraries, and dashboards for efficient project monitoring.
Oversee smaller project budgets where required.
Events & On‑Ground Marketing Execution
Support the rollout of brand activations, promotional events, and sponsorship activities
Coordinate supplier management, logistics, and on‑site execution to deliver high‑quality brand experiences
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand support, or campaign execution
Exposure to digital marketing, traditional media, and integrated communications
Familiarity with paid media channels and digital tools such as Meta, Google platforms, or programmatic environments
Understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and basic SEO or analytics principles
Strong project‑management and organisational skills with a detail‑orientated mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Qualifications
A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
