Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Manage the company web shop, ensuring all product listings, imagery, and pricing are up-to-date and accurate
Process merchandise orders, coordinate with suppliers, track deliveries, and manage stock levels
Coordinate the production of branded materials and signage, from artwork submission to supplier liaison
Assist with event coordination, including logistics, material preparation, setup, and breakdown
Maintain the marketing team’s digital asset filing system, ensuring proper organisation and version control
Support the Content & Community Manager with social media scheduling
Assist the Creative Designer with administrative tasks like asset resizing and file preparation
Manage the team's stationery and consumables inventory
Coordinate courier and delivery logistics for marketing materials
Take accurate meeting notes and distribute action items
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
A National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (NQF Level 6)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Minimum 1-2 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Exposure to eCommerce platforms (like Shopify or WooCommerce) is advantageous
Any experience with social media management (personal or professional) is a plus
