National Diploma (preferably a degree) in Human Resource Management or equivalent field
3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Sound knowledge of labour legislation, including, but not limited to Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Labour Relations Act (LRA) and the Employment Equity Act (EEA)
Experience using Sage 300 People
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
