Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Administrator . This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in administrative functions, business operations, and office management. The successful candidate will support daily operations, ensure smooth office processes, and contribute to overall team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to departments and management
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Assist with data entry and document management
Support project coordination and tracking of tasks
Ensure office supplies are maintained and ordered when necessary
Assist with onboarding documentation for new employees
Perform any other administrative duties as required
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
