Job Summary
Qualification- Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)
- HR / Payroll qualification (Advantageous)
- 3-5 Years Payroll experience
- 1-2 Years HR Administration experience
- Experience with full payroll function essential
- MIBCO experience (Advantageous)
- Systems Knowledge - Sage VIP / Sage 300 People
- Payroll & HR systems
- Biometric clocking systems
- SARS, UIF & MIBCO platforms
- MS Excel & Office
- Strong HR administrative capabilities
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Labour Legislation
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full payroll processing (start to finish)
- Capture new employees & process terminations
- Manage earning, deductions, overtime & leave payouts
- Handle payroll queries and employee support
- Perform payroll reconciliations and reporting
- Ensure payroll accuracy, confidentiality deadlines
- SARS (EMP201), UIF, and COIDA submissions
- Ensure compliance with Labour Legislation (BCEA)
- Maintain payroll compliance and audit readiness
- Submit and reconcile MIBCO returns
- Ensure compliance with bargaining council regulations
- Manage wage schedules and industry requirements
- Draft contracts, offer letters, onboarding documents
- Support recruitment and job postings
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Coordinate disciplinary hearings and documentation
- Assist with employee communication and HR support
