Minimum of a postgraduate or Master’s degree.
At least 5 years’ experience in a business environment, with a focus on Learning and Development, preferably within executive education.
Business Development experience is essential.
In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, learning trends and the competitive learning landscape.
Proven experience engaging with senior, executive, C-suite and board-level clients in an advisory or consulting capacity.
Coaching or process facilitation certification would be advantageous.
Professional registration with bodies such as HPCSA, SABPP or COMENSA would be advantageous.
Represent the brand in the corporate learning and development market.
Develop new and existing business opportunities.
Gather, interpret and disseminate market intelligence.
Conduct market research and identify client, industry and market needs.
Design integrated learning journeys aligned with client and organisational objectives.
Monitor emerging trends, research, technologies and practices in executive education.
Contribute to programme budgets and commercial planning.
Develop, submit and present learning proposals.
Ensure compliance with CHE and University Short Course quality assurance requirements.
Secure and collaborate with facilitators, guest speakers and suppliers.
Oversee the creation and quality of Learning Management System sites and content.
Facilitate programme delivery and attend key client and participant touchpoints.
Guide action learning activities and assess group research projects.
Evaluate learning impact, participant engagement, learning outcomes and client feedback.
