What You'll Do:

• Maintain and administer the Quality Management System (QMS), including document control and version management
• Coordinate and conduct internal GMP, hygiene, process, and systems audits
• Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO standards, and relevant food safety legislation
• Manage quality documentation, policies, procedures, and records
• Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Monitor and report on quality KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Assist with supplier quality assurance programmes and supplier audits
• Support external certification and customer audits
• Facilitate quality and food safety training across the organisation
• Promote a strong food safety and quality culture throughout the company
• Assist with quality-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a quality management role within a food manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO management systems, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with internal auditing and document control
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in C and R programming languages

Familiarity with the following:

• Customer complaint investigations and CAPAs
• Supplier quality assurance programmes
• Use of data analysis tools and root cause analysis methodologies
