ob Title: Attorney – Third Party Claims
Location: Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape
Salary: Market-related
Job Duties:
Handle and manage third-party matters and claims
Provide legal advice and support to clients in relation to third-party matters
Manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution
Draft and review relevant legal documentation
Liaise with clients, third parties, insurers and other relevant stakeholders
Conduct legal research and prepare matters as required
Ensure accurate and timely management of case files and documentation
Requirements:
LLB degree
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
Previous experience in third-party claims/matters is essential
Strong knowledge of relevant legal procedures and legislation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and case-management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters effectively
Based in or willing to relocate to Port Elizabeth
