The Junior Security Supervisor will support the Security Manager in overseeing the estate’s security operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the safety of guests, personnel, and property.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the security team
Monitoring and patrolling the estate to maintain safety and security
Responding promptly to incidents and emergencies
Assisting with training, scheduling, and performance management of security staff
Maintaining accurate security reports and logs
Enforcing estate policies and procedures effectively
Supporting overall estate operations to uphold high standards

Previous experience in security, preferably in supervisory roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Alert, dependable, and solution-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed
