Reservations & Sales Consultant – Luxury Property Collection, Cape Town

This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, service-driven Reservations & Sales Consultant who understands that selling luxury is all about storytelling, relationships and flawless attention to detail.

What’s on offer:
Salary: R16,000 – R20,000 (DOE)
Cape Town–based role within an established luxury brand
Opportunity to blend sales, service and relationship-building
Handling reservations and sales enquiries professionally and efficiently
Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings with confidence and finesse
Providing detailed property knowledge and tailored recommendations
Building strong relationships with guests, agents and internal teams
Managing bookings, rates and availability accurately
Delivering a seamless, luxury-level guest journey from enquiry to arrival
Previous experience in reservations, sales or luxury hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven with a warm, service-orientated approach
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Passionate about luxury travel, accommodation and exceptional service
